FNHA Mental Health Benefit

The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) provides coverage for counselling services with registered FNHA mental health providers including registered social workers, registered counsellors and psychologists. The plan covers as many hours as you and your counsellor determine that you need.

Please feel free to connect with Emma for a free 15 minute consult to learn more about the benefit or to see if Riverpath Counselling feels like a good fit for you. I look forward to connecting!

More Information:

Eligibility: The FNHA Mental Health Benefit is available to BC residents with a status number.

Getting Started: If you would like to start counselling, you can choose from a list of registered providers and can change counsellors at any time. All you need to do is reach out to the counsellor and they will apply for counselling appointments on your behalf. This process usually takes between a few days to a week.
